Moana Care is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse with Neonatal, Postpartum and Lactation experience, with recent personal experience in the world of babies, breastfeeding and the needs of a postpartum mother and family. Jade knows what you need at this time in your life, from preconception planning, to enduring pregnancy and complications that may arise, along with labour and birth planning. Moana Care is able to help you at any stage of your parenting journey, whether that be coming home with your well newborn, or after the long trials of a NICU stay.

At Moana Care, we specialise in offering comprehensive nursing care for families; from a mother requiring nursing care or support, to newborn care, to complete postpartum support, including breastfeeding and lactation assistance - similar to a doula, however care is provided by a registered nurse, therefore our scope of what we can provide is wider. This also means we can assist mothers and or babies with complex medical needs. Our priority is ensuring your parenting journey is filled with reassurance and confidence, with continuity of care throughout pregnancy, birth, baby and beyond. There is evidence that this wholesome support reduces postpartum depression, ensuring a woman and her family is fully encompassed in personalised, nurturing care during this crucial time. We will work with you to understand your parenting style, preferences, care requirements and needs.
